LANGKAWI : Family Vacation!

 we're happy n we know it! (lol adapted from LMFAO)

 

This time we decided to go to Langkawi. What a wonderful moment! My family and i. we're very close. I am very lucky to have a great mother and two younger brothers. Even though abah has gone in 2004, but we managed to survive and continue our life as usual.

To think about it..it really was the HARDEST thing for to accept it!

but Hey! Life must go on..!

To appreciate and strengthen our relationship, we always plan our vacations.

And we chose Langkawi for this time around. Check da photos out!!

My decision to venture in this Premium Beautiful business was truly RIGHT !! At first, when I thought of starting a business all over again, I felt that I would never succeed in any business ...I was kinda having phobia towards starting a business...seriously!

Two years ago I ventured in a food and beverages business. I even owned a restaurant. My interest in running a business was very very deep..however the good luck wasn't on my side..and I had to discontinue running my restaurant business. ( I can't simply tell that it was caused by black magic, but people do practice black magics today especially among restaurant owners). To me, whatever passed, it's over..but my desire to achieve my target which is financial freedom at young age keeps me studying various kind of businesses again.

At that time I was 26 years old..I started to think about how to generate extra money, how to be rich, investment, passive income..and so forth. But again, when i told my hubby to venture in a business, he reminded and warned me that we would never succeed bcoz we have already exprienced nightmare in a business before. Therefore, the intention to start a business ended there..but deep in my heart i made a promise to venture in a business and accomplish all my targets in life! but it should be K.I.Ved for awhile..

 " I wanna lose kg's " always be on the top of my wishlist for every new year's eve. I would always think on ways to get back my shape after giving birth. i browsed, i surfed, i bloghopped..then finally found K.Mai's page. Besides, my friends in UNITEN also suggested the same product. This shows that PB is very well known and beneficial!

She sold Premium Beautiful, the magical corset that can helped ladies to get their ideal n dream body figure huhuhu...So after hubby agreed, i bought a set and wore it consistenly. Alhamdullilah..i could feel the effects in 2 weeks, my waist was getting smaller n smaller. Till one of my frens eventually asked me What's ur secrets?? Then, a word BUSINESS popped up in my head! I was then arranged an appointment with my sifu K.mai to present the benefits of PB in detail..and closed! Started from there, i had a perception that this product is of high quality and it's proven to provide lots of healthy benefits for all women...Thus, I DECIDED to start PB business under K.mai's guidance and help...and once i stepped into this business, i will never turn back!

Kita wajib berusaha ke arah keselesaan dan kebahagian hidup kita dan keluarga..
Macam kita involve dalam biznes ni, tak salah...
Kita bertanggungjawab utk cari rezeki tambahan asalkan biznes dan cara kita buat biznes tu HALAL..
Bila dah ada duit, salurkanlah ke tempat yg betul..
iaitu Jalan yg diredhai oleh Allah S.W.T..

Kita ni bila nak buat perkara baik..kita takut...

Happy New Year...Make a Wish!!!

Asalamualaikum W.B.T

I still remember last year..i was listing down my wishes in my diary.. Yeah that was 2011.

And my wishes for last years were:

1. I target to complete my Master's degree.

(syukur. I've finished writing my thesis and submitting this month)

2. I want to lose my kilos (ideal = 60).

(syukur. I found PB corset and i lost 6kgs becomes 65kg)

3. I want to start doing a business.

(yess! I found the BEST business ever..premium beautiful business.

4. I want to upgrade my MYVi to Honda Civic.

(syukur..managed to buy it after a month doing this business)

5. I want to start saving money for my mom's hajj fund!

(syukur. I started saving for her already and my mom is going to perform hajj in 2013)

6. I want to have a DSLR camera!

(yeahh..my hubby's n i dream camera..n we got it)

7. I want to have an iPad too..

(syukur..i finally have an iPad2)

Now,i'm listing down my new wishes for this brand new year..

First thing first..i would like to extend my heartfealt gratitude to Allah S.W.T for every opportunity and blessings he has granted to me and my family in year 2011..whatever i wished..He always gave..thanks Ya Allah...thanks so much..

And my wishes for this brand new year 2012 are:

1. I target to achieve Diamond Sales Manager level.

2. I would like to expand my premium beautiful business to whole Malaysia.

3. I would help all my business partners achieve their targets as well.

4. I want to be a good leader.

5. I want to lose kgs more target 60kg.

6. I want to go for overseas vacation with 5stars package!

7. I want to have an LV handbag ehehehe

8. I want to have a HOnda CR-Z as my second car!

9. I want to increase my family saving and Hajj fund.

10. I want to perform umrah with family...inshallah..

11. I want to go on stage to receive my master's scroll and also my DDM award.

These are my dreams for 2012. And I am now ready to face anything to achieve my targets !! With this business, all your dreams will come true. And I believe in it!

Ayda ni bukan jiwang2 orangnyer..i ni biase2 jer..x pandai sgt nk luahkan isi hati dan perasaan (cewah tgok ayat pon dh jiwang karat). Tapi kekadang terhenggin gak nk share dgn org tentang si jantung hatiku. Name dia Mr. Mohd Zuhaimi Muhammad Ghani. Dialah my 'Mr.Right'. We all kenal via Internet. Tengok betapa powernyer Internet ni sampai boleh ketemukanku dgn my destiny. Masa tu mana femes lg FB2 nih. We all kenal thru FRIENDSTER (ngeeee) and kenal2, engaged dan ke jinjang pelamin =)

Actually, tujuan entry bukan sekadar suka2 atau #random..tapi juz nk share dgn pembaca sekalians bahawa orang yang paling TIDAK bersetuju saya start biznes ini ialah suami saya sendiri. Siapa yg tak terasa hati bila org yg kita sayang itu lah yg tentang habis2 habisan niat murni kita utk merubah kehidupan sekeluarga.

Sedangkan suami sendiri pun tidak menyokong saya, apatah lagi di luar sana. Hanya tunggu utk menepuk tangan sahaja bila melihat kejatuhan kita!

Sebab ITUlah, ayda tak mahu toleh ke belakang lagi. Biar apa org nak kata. Yang penting DUIT, kita ada dan cukup utk anak2 bila dewasa nanti. Ada ker orang lain KESAH bila kita dlm kesusahan dan kesempitan..so kenapa nk hiraukan cakap mereka?????

Tapi sekarang, Mr.Hubby sudah mula memberi kepercayaan kpd impian dan tidakan saya. Kenapa ek? Sbb tak sampai setahun buat biznes ni, modal SEPARUH dh dapat balik. Kalau nk compare dgn biznes restoran kitorang dulu, after 3 years pon belum tentu balik modal.

Anggap je mereka di luar sana itu sbg PENDORONG utk kita terus maju  melangkah ke depan utk tinggalkan mereka.The message that i'm trying to deliver here is as stated by CDM Maisarah (2011), "Orang yang BERJAYA, ialah org yg menanggap cabaran dan dugaan adalah PERLU utk membaiki kelemahan diri."

Oleh itu rebutlah peluang biznes di depan mata utk kita merubah nasib keluarga kita.

Tips utk Dapat Petrol Murah!

Assalamulaikum W.B.T

Hari nie Saya kongsi satu tip camne nak dpt petrol murah!!! selalu setiap sabtu saya akan pegi ke stockis Hai-O di Batu Caves utk ambik PB baru,tukar PB, dengar talk , bincang pasal business ni etc. jarak perjalanan pergi balik dekat 80km. Selalu saya/suami akan isi RM30 utk jalan2 hujung minggu ni bersama Honda Civic FD2 kami .so utk jimat skit belanja petrol ni saya akan swap credit card maybankard 2 card American Express (amex).

kad nih mmg besh pakai.....sebab kalu beli apa-apa barang pada weekend , anda akan 5% cash rebate + 5x treatpoint maybank. 5x treatpoint nih bersamaan 2.5% rebate dlm bentuk point ygt boleh tukar beli barang.

saya tulis entry ni bukanya dapat ape2 royalti ke komisen ke etc drp Maybank tp saje utk berkongsi dgn kawan2 sekian.

so, jom kita kira sket penjimatan yg akan dapat bila guna kad nie:-

isi minyak shell = RM30

rebate tunai = RM30 x 5% = RM1.50

5X treatpoint = RM30 x 2.5% = RM 0.75 ( 5X treatpoint = 2.5%)

jumlah penjimatan = RM1.50 + RM0.75  = RM2.25

so harga minyak sebenar yg dibayar = RM30-2.25 = RM 27.75

Jimatkan.......tp pasti ade org kata alehhh RM2.25 pun nk kira.....tp bila kira balik dgn Rm2.25 tuh kita dh boleh beli 1 liter minyak free (harga ron95 seliter = RM1.90) ....so sape nk bagi minyak free 1 literr kan

so dh jimat situ....tu kalu sebulan  isi minyak RM400.....dh jimat RM20 (RM400 x 5% )..... tp perlu diigt Isi mase hari sabtu or ahad saja.....isi penuh utk kerja seminggu

ok laa tu saje utk tip pada kali nie....nanti saya kongsi pulak tips untuk bayar TOLL MURAH!!!

My Dream Came TRUE at Last!!

Assalamualaikum W.B.T

Alhamdullilah syukur setelah 3 bulan buat biznes ni my life has upgraded a lot! I am NO LONGER depending on my monthly salary from the company. I  can now  live comfortably spending monthly BONUS from my biznes. Having side income is A MUST in today's world! Money can't buy everything but nowadays Everything needs Money.

One thing i would like to share is my dream car! I have mentioned about this in my previous entry. I have longed to have a CIVIC as my family car! To be specific HONDA CIVIC (Type-R) and in white colour.

To tell the truth Civic was my husband's dream car (we shared the same dream anyway). He almost bought that car before we got married, but he decided not to buy as living cost after marriage was going to be very higher! So he just hoped to drive the car one day..when our financial is stable..Talking about havin a family, all of us fully understand how it feels when in the middle of the month you need an urgent money to settle bills, credit cards, what more if we have kids. The feelings that i have gone through taught me that i need to something to upgrade my life style.

After 3 months doing this wonderful biznes, I manage to upgrade my 1.3EZi Perodua MyVi to 1.8SL Honda Civic. Just after 3 months.

I am very confident that my bonus can help my hubby (a bit) to drive his dream car. He also thanked me and proud of having a very helpful wifey. Well..that's what we call 'symbiosis'. We and our spouses should support each other (in our own ways). And now, we're happily bringing up our son Daniel in a very comfortable way. That's my target; to have financial freedom in young age!

And now, i'm targetting to have my own super sporty car for me, myself like.....
