We had a medical Doctor (Dr. Ja) shared her knowledge and discovery on the good effects of Far Infra-Red Rays or F.I.R during class last week. I am so thankful to her for a very informative explanation regarding F.I.R in PB corsets.
What are Far Infra-Red Rays?
Actually, Far Infra-Red Rays are waves of energy, totally invisible to the eye, capable of penetrating deep into the human body, where they gently elevate the body's surface temperature and activate major bodily functions. FIR is commonly known as the "Light of Life" because it has brought life to the Earth or "Invisible Light" because is an invisible part of the spectrum of sunlight.
Now, how can PB corsets produce the Far Infra Red Rays??

Bio-Ceramic is a type of ceramic that emits/reflects Far Infrared Rays. This material is made up of a specific formula that in its raw form is created into a powder. The powder is transformed into a liquid mix that is then extruded into fibers. Bio-Ceramic fabric is woven with and then mixed with mineral oxides, like Silica Oxide (SiO2) and Aluminum Dioxide (Al2O3).
